Can I order by e-mail?
Our secure online process is the preferred and most expedient method of ordering from Global Wave Mart. However, we understand that there may be times when you would prefer to order by E-mail. To order by E-mail 1. Download our Purchase Order Request Form. 2. Complete the order form. 3. Email it to hello@globalwavemart.com We will begin processing the order as soon as it is received. Does Global Wave Mart charge sales tax?
Global Wave Mart is required to charge sales tax on merchandise and shipping charges. The amount of sales tax charged is based on current international and local tax rates. Sales tax will be refunded for returned items. International and local sales tax rates are subject to change at any time.

How Do I return an Item?
If you receive a product and it doesn’t fit, or it is not what you expected it to be, most products can be returned. Products must be in their original packaging with all instruction/warranty paperwork. Product must be unused. A 25% restocking fee will apply. To return a product please request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) by calling (281) 888-6632 or fill out an online Return Authorization Request. You must request an RMA within 10 days of receiving the product. All returns must be completed within 30 days. Orders returned without an RMA number will not be recognized as a return and will be charged a 30% restocking fee in addition to the shipping charges, once processed.
